These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the ED33 platform ("ED33", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("member", "you"). By accessing ED33's website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration & Management

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. ED33 will never ask for your password over the phone or by message. If anyone claims to be an ED33 representative and asks for your password or OTP — it is a scam. Refuse immediately and report it via Live Chat.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support. ED33 will not be held responsible for any misuse of an account if the member has shared their login details with others.

Transaction & Payment Policy

All financial transaction rules on ED33 are transparent and designed with members' interests in mind. Security is the top priority at every step, from deposit through to withdrawal.

ED33 strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Suspicious transactions are automatically monitored and manually reviewed when necessary. ED33 may request additional information for transactions that appear unusual in amount or nature — this is done in the interest of security.

Deposits are intended solely for play on the platform. There are no restrictions on withdrawing a deposit without a bonus — however, if a bonus has been claimed, wagering requirements will apply.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betting Rules

There are a few general rules all members must follow when placing bets on ED33. These rules exist to uphold the integrity of the games and ensure a fair environment for everyone.

Wagering Requirements

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, in certain markets where the "Cash Out" feature is available, you may close your bet early. In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment of placement are final.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to an unintentional error, ED33 reserves the right to void the affected bets. This falls under our "Palpable Error" policy and applies only in cases of significant technical faults.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete

If a match or event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. Minimum completion time rules vary by sport — for example, in cricket fewer than 5 overs completed, or in football fewer than 45 minutes played, may result in the bet being voided.

Win Limits

The maximum payout from a single bet may be capped in certain markets. This limit is displayed on screen before placing your bet. If winnings exceed the cap, only the maximum limit will be paid out.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below constitute a direct violation of ED33's Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. In some cases, account balances may also be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under a single identity.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or false information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Bonus abuse — such as intentionally placing only low-risk bets after claiming a bonus in order to meet wagering requirements.
• Allowing others to use your account or selling it to a third party.
• Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ED33's systems.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Attempting to collect personal information from others by posing as an ED33 representative.

Responsible Gambling Policy

ED33 believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. That is why ED33's commitment to responsible gambling is a core priority.

All members are encouraged to play within their means. If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life — financially, personally, or mentally — please seek help immediately.

Members can close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance may not be refunded.

Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

ED33 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification. Minor editorial changes may be made without a separate announcement.
